Q: “Do You Still Take On Clients?”

A: Because I’m a staff copywriter for a wonderful company down in Texas… I don’t take on new clients very often. While I’d love to meet you, these days I’m mostly interested in networking with other copywriters, marketers, and entrepreneurs.

Q: “Will you give me a free quote I can take to other copywriters?”

A: Actually, I’ll give you a rule of thumb. If you’re paying less than $6,000 a sales letter you’re probably going to LOSE YOUR MONEY.

You have to understand that a fully-trained copywriter MAKES YOU MONEY. So it’s an investment not an expense. If you think you’re going to save money by going cheap then you have to be willing to take a risk.

In good conscience I can’t recommend a writer who charges less than $6000 a sales letter but there are plenty of them on elance.com if you’re the gambling type.
